We have years of experience, performing at numerous weddings all over Ireland and are happy to suggest appropriate music for your ceremony. For your reception, we can provide superb background music for the enjoyment of all your guests.
Dublin String Quartet provides a wide ranging repertoire encompassing many styles from classical favourites to light jazz. If there is a piece you require that is not in our repertoire, it can be arranged at one month’s notice.
Dublin String Quartet is one of Ireland’s finest string quartets and is available for weddings, receptions, functions and corporate events. Based in Dublin, we provide a reliable, friendly and high class service, always aiming to meet your individual requirements to make your event memorable.
The members of our quartet perform regularly with RTE National Symphony Orchestra, RTE Concert Orchestra and the Orchestra of the National Concert Hall, and distinguished artists such as Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo and Hayley Westenra. We are all graduates from Conservatoires throughout the UK and Ireland and are of the highest professional standard. We are past members of the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland, Jeunesses Musicales World Orchestra, World Youth Orchestra and European Union Youth Orchestra.
