| About Present Poetry | |
An exam by your best friend passed or lovers reconciled. Why not cast away the woes of your accident prone dad, With a few well chosen rhymes to render him less sad. If your parents' wedding be golden or silver just as yet, Be sure to mark the occasion, order now, afore ye forget. We can have the tale, the gossip, the posterity you seek, Wrapped up in poetic language, delivered within the week. When you've been a fool and roses don't seem enough, Its difficult to match the sorry-ness of tender wordy stuff. In a hurry, in a muddle, don't really know what to say ? Let us take the burden of making things cool and OK. Illness lingering, hospital stays, our dear departed souls, Sometimes in our sadness a few kind words consoles. When with life's dramas those you love must contend, Why not gift a touching poem to help their heart to mend. For a forgotten promise four lines of wit may suffice, But in general to receive the full four verses is nice. If a joke or jibe is meant, a Limerick does just dandy, For gravitas, printing it on laid paper is more handy. ************ Present Poetry your gift in rhyme Original, personalised poetry from Co Kilkenny, Ireland |
